"I was involved in competitive athletics until a career-change in 1986 left me little time for training. Over the years the pounds gradually accumulated and by December 2006 I was two-and-a-half stone above my 1986 weight. I had a medical check at that time and was advised that I was overweight and needed to lose at least a stone. I tried to cut down on my food intake and to do more exercise but, if anything, my weight gradually increased. On 3rd September 2007 I had my first appointment with June, my Cambridge Counsellor, who has supported me in a successful weight-loss programme. Under her supervision I was able to shed two stones in just under seven weeks. Three months later I’m still at my target weight and have started running again. I feel twenty years younger than I did just a few short months ago! I’m so enthusiastic about the benefits of the “Weight Care with Cambridge” programmes that I asked my Counsellor if she would help me to become a Counsellor myself so that I could help others to benefit too. "

The Cambridge Diet is the nutritionally balanced foundation of a range of weight management programmes from 415 kcal to 1500 kcal per day.
When used as the 'Sole Source' of nutrition, (or a very low calorie diet) it provides 100% of the EU Recommended Daily Allowance of all vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
